49) With-Out Legal Authority 71 Year Old Senior Was Kicked Out Of His House by Ontario Police Officer
My wife and I regained peace-full, LEGAL possession of 25 Willow Cres. on January 5/2012. According to the Canadian-Ontario Rule of Law a new "legal" Court Order would have to be issued in order to remove us out of our house. We, a senior couple sitting peaceful in our legally occupied house, when a husky female Ontario Police Officer trespassed in to our residence. No crime was committed or reported. (court evidence) If the Police Officer didn't know the law, she should have ask the Crown Office before involving herself in such a cruel physical and mental undertaking against us seniors in our own home. It was sent her duty any way no crime was committed or reported. In Canada/Ontario only a Sherriff can evict or take people out of there house with valid Court Order. Police Officer Kimberly Wild was instructed by Eve Barris, (wife of disbarred lawyer Sheldon Barris, who stole our house through Title Fraud ) "to have an unwanted person
