On Feb. 11/2020 a Ontario panel reported urgent action to capture economic benefits of intellectual property. Former Ontario liberal Governments were officially, with documented evidence, informed by me, Arnold Guettler, of   large-scale espionage and money-laundering committed by their Civil Servants over the years.
