120) Appropriate Economical Step By The Ford Administration

On Feb. 11/2020 a Ontario panel reported urgent action to capture economic benefits of intellectual property.

Former Ontario liberal Governments were officially, with documented evidence, informed by me, Arnold Guettler, of large-scale espionage and money-laundering committed by their Civil Servants over the years. (Blog 105)

Espionage committed in Ontario: 1995/1996 Neo-Form personal and I had ongoing, strictly confidential, consultations with Enzo Calisi. He was Regional Manager for the Mexico & Latin America International Business Unit of the Ministry of the Economic Development and Trade with the Ontario Government.

 Mr. Calisi gained full knowledge of the Neo-Form technology and marketing strategies and was present at numerous meetings, which Neo-Form had with businesspeople from Argentina, Belize, Mexico, Brazil, Dominican Republic and Cuba.

Enzo Calisi invited me, at my cost, to participate in a trade show in Mexico. Neo-Form shipped and erected a display of their new, in Ontario invented, state of the art building material. The response was over-whelming.   


Around 1997 Enzo Calisi tock a 2year sabbatical from the Ontario Government and entered into a two-year private contract with Durabond Products Limited/ Advantec, Ontario registered Companies.

Mr. Calisi became responsible for marketing and distribution in Latin American Countries of products and technology. 

He, Calisi, illegally sold the by Neo-Form Corp. and Arnold Guettler owned, invented and in Ontario developed, State of the Art, building materials and production machinery techknowledgy.
