101) Ontario Lawyers License, A License To Cheat & To Rob

Updated Oct. 25/2021:

 Was the unprofessional conduct by Ontario, Upper Canada Law Society license lawyers Niebler and Bednarska intentional? Were the involved in a criminal conspiracy? Or just plain arrogant and stupid?

Because of our financial situation, we had to borrow the, by Lawyer Dieter Niebler, "up front requested" $10.000  retainer.

Ontario Lawyer, Dieter Niebler was retained, in March 23/2013, by Ingeborg and Arnold Guettler and not Chelmarc Holding Corp.. Chelmarc H.C, was illegally dissolved March 13/ 2006 by the Ontario Government.   

 A $ 10.000 retainer was prepaid, by Ingeborg and Arnold Guettler, to Lawyer Dieter Niebler for his legal services.

The legal document (Notice to Quit) was hand delivered to my wife, Ingeborg Guettler, by private Bailiff Terry Robertson at our temporary residence 2559 Lakeshore Rd., on March 19/2013. 

March 23/2013 my wife and I visited Lawyer Dieter Niebler, explained the situation and provided him with all the pertinent information and documentation. He also received the requested         $ 10.000 retainer from Ingeborg and Arnold Guettler. Trust statement above.

Chelmarc Holding Corp. was dissolved by the Ontario Government in Apr. 13/2006. The dissolved Corporation was wrongly documented in the Notice To Quit ( issued in the year 2013) by Sheldon Barris his company Jorlee Holding Inc. and Bailiff Terry Robertson.

According to the Ontario Rule of Practice, (Civil Law) the style, Arnold & Ingeborg Guettler, Chelmarc Holding Corp., in a originating legal action, in this case, a Notice To Quit, has to continue in any related correspondence or legal proceedings until a Court Order rules otherwise.

There was no Court Order issued to change the originating legal style, Arnold & Ingeborg Guettler, Chelmarc Holding Corp., et al. The originating, documented style was wrongly created and filed by Sheldon Barris/Jorlee Holding Inc..

Chelmarc Holding Corp., the by the Ontario Government in 2006 dissolved company, did and could not engage, retained or paid lawyer Dieter Niebler.

 Dieter Niebler engaged also his junior partner Mariola Bednarska in our case. She send a letter (legal document) to the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, who had trust/ownership of the property since April 13/2006.

The from lawyers Niebler/Bednarska letter to the Ontario Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee, dated May 17/2013 named wrongly  the litigation parties   Chelmarc v. Barris.

Chelmarc did not exist in 2013, dissolved by Ontario Government on April 13/2006.

Chelmarc  did not retained or paid lawyers Niebler/Bednarska.

 Ingeborg and Arnold Guettler retained and paid the lawyers to represent and act fore them in this legal matter.

 The other party identified in the originating legal document, Notice To Quit, was Jorlee Holding Limited and NOT BARRIS. 

   

 

This is the documented letter send to the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (Ontario Government) by retained lawyers Niebler/Bednarska. It wrongly states the litigation parties Chelmarc-Barris.

 

The Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General ( Public Guardian Trust Division) who owned the property since April 13/2006 and has filed all records in there File Nr. 966804. 

 

As of today, Dec. 15/2021 the Ontario Government file, File Nr. 966804. is still open with-out any monetary accounting or legal verified accountability according to the Rule of Law.

Was it intentional or professional stupidity that Niebler/Bednarska send the letter (above) to the Public Guardian and Trustee Legal Department, Re: Chelmarc v. Barris, Court File No.: CV-13-1515-00 

Lawyer's Niebler/Bednarska were retained and paid by Ingeborg and Arnold Guettler and not by the in 2006, by Ontario Government, wrongly dissolved Chelmarc Holding Corp..
