Espionage criminals were assisted by the "Ontario Authorities"( Police, Courts and other Enforcement Personal)  and there Agencies. Enzo Calisi, Manager for the Ont. Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ontario Security Commission. ( at that time a illegally privatized Ontario Agency) participated in Technology Theft.

In Ontario invented and fully developed * building material and large scale machinery was ready to be implemented. National and Global markets were established ( with signed and had deposit paid for over $ 10.000,000) including: Canada, America, Europe, Russia, Africa, China, etc.    



Over 12 years accumulated and documented records of Scientific Research, International Patent Documentation Production Machinery, Engineering detailed Drawings, Engineered Material Formulations and other HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL information were illegally obtained by  Government Personal, using a bogus Court Order, from the 44,000 qf. research facility.

Technical information, stored in 8 computers and NUMEROUS paper files were also illegally obtained in the unauthorized raid and were shipped to FOREIGN COUNTRIES with the help of high level Government Personal.

Here is some of the of the INVENTIONS and DEVELOPMENT HISTORY.        

 I am a trained, in Germany, Stuckateur (ornamental plasterer) and due to the shortish of skilled tradesman, I researched, invented and developed large scale extrusion machinery for interior and exterior moldings and other cementatious building materials in Ontario.






The following years I invented and developed insulated cementatious coated and 100 % firer prove exterior cladding panels.

Those panels and other structural cement building elements were developed for complete housing structures. Finished living space of a Neo Form house cost $ 42 per qf.             





The following documented facts will clarify the connections to the previous published blogs. By documented I, Arnold Guettler, mean with real-time letters, court evidence, transcripts, national and international business documents and signed contracts.


In 1988, I started to develop "soft core" building materials and fabrication technology, typically, Styrofoam or Styrofoam-like materials encased in cementitious materials.

This technology has significant applications in residential housing, commercial and industrial buildings Worldwide. The cementitious panels, in different sizes and shapes, are mechanically produced in climate controlled facilities, ensuring quality control. The finished panels are manually field applied as part of the building envelopes and exterior accents. My company, Neo Form, leased a 7,000 sq ft research  facility in Woodbridge, Ontario for research and development.

At that time, I held worldwide (PCT) intellectual property rights 

on six key components related to the manufacturing processes as well as the actual finished products. 

By 1992, my company and I had created and build rudimentary machinery, specifically designed to extrude (first in the world) finished composite products, polymer cement and foam, in the form of moldings and panels for construction related applications.

In 1993, my company expanded to a 20,000 sq ft facility in Vaughan Ontario, to continue the research and developed this technology in to a viable manufacturing  process. Ultimately, an automated 150 ft custom-build machine was fabricated for this purpose. I was able to establish, that my theories were commercially viable, and that the end products were marketable.

In 1995, I moved my company operation to a 44,000 sq ft research and development facility to North York north of Toronto. A more sophisticated 150 ft production line was build at that location, and the research was upgraded with a fully equipped laboratory. The company’s research staff expanded at the same location and included 12 semi skilled workers, one foreman and a plant manager. Technical in-house support personal, including one chemical professional engineer and two lab-technicians, three mechanical engineers, one professional structural engineer and one structural technician
.

At 216 Chrislea Rd, Woodbridge, my company also leased over 12,000 sq ft of office space
. Full time employment staff there included, a lawyer, a patent agent, level five accountant and two staff, a technical writer, a vice-president and a receptionist. I had my own office, board room and two staff. I was following a fully developed business plan (costing over $60,000) created by Ernest & Young.

At that point my staff and I started to develop worldwide markets for the in Canada/Ontario newly invented and fully developed building material and machinery technology.

In the fall of 1995 my company proudly presented the first Neo Form 1,300 sq ft Atrium Home at the Toronto National Exhibition, featured in the Toronto Sun

.In the spring of 1996 my company Neo Form presented an upscale Mediterranean Style 5,000 sq ft Dream home at the Toronto National Exhibition, featured in the Toronto Star.

The response was overwhelming and created a very positive marketing atmosphere, here in Canada and in many international markets. Numerous contracts and letters of intent were signed.


Close to $ 1 million were collected from the ( Otto Jelinek) Neo Form Europe Corporation. Part of this money was the down payment for a Neo-Form invented production line for the Czech Republic.
