38) Ontario Ring Of Fire Accommodating Native's Needs
Up dated Dec. 14/2021: Ring of fire negotiating topic should include "improving the standard of living" for native people. Provide housing, self containing techknowledgy and job training for local individual inhabitants.
In Ontario invented and fully developed cementatious building materials and fully developed machinery for the production of mold-free, healthy light weight, inexpensive and 100% fire prove ($42 a qft $ 378 qm) cementitious building material for Native Housing.
Functional developed concepts.
Decommission (after five years use) ore new 40 ft. steel container can be used for certified one way transportation of material for the construction of a 2400 qft. living space, house. The empty transportation containers will be placed and used as the structural base elements for the house.
Neo-Form insulated cement coated materials will clad and isolated the interior walls, floors, ceilings roofs and outside walls.
The 40 ft structural base elements (containers) will be mounted on engineered foundation helical piles at desired heights (above local flood levels)
A presentation was made to the Ontario Government on Oct, 25/2013. The purpose for the meeting was to ask the Ontario Government to form a strategic alliance with my Company Neo-Form.
As of today, March 9/2020, I am still WAITING for a REPLAY.
There are two reasons I presume for their NONE ACTIONS.

The Ontario Government is not interested in providing inexpensive, environment appropriate, healthy and solid housing and building materials for Native housing.
Nr. 2

Mr. Calisi quit his Government job in 1997. He is using his, Confidential gained Neo-Form building and production technology information since then in the PRIVATE SECTOR for Durabond Products LTD, a COMPETITOR of Neo-Form Corp, as Vice President in International Operations.
He, Calisi was also involved in the illegal "acquisition" (forged court order), of the large scale newly invented, in Ontario, production machinery, witch ended up in foreign Countries.

Invalid Ontario Superior Court Order (court evidence) was used by Marion Engel, a conspirator in Claudio Cinapri's ESPIONAGE GANG, to gain access to Neo-Form 44.000 qf. - 15.000 m Scientific Research and Experimental Development facility.
12 years of accumulated, intellectual and physical, property were stolen from the legally operating PRIVATE NEO-FORM CORPORATIONS, with the illegal assistance of Claudio Cinapri and the Ontario Security Commission. (court evidence)
I was conducting legally my business (employing over 40 people) in RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT. The in Ontario INVENTED, STATE of the ART new building materials and Large Scale Production Machinery, were illegally confiscated with help from the uniformed Ontario enforcement authorities. (Police with drawn guns and Sheriff's Officers.
All collected money, over $ 2.1 million, were spend on qualified research and development.(Audited by the NRC-National Research Counsel, dated March 27/1998)
There were no profits taken by me, Arnold Guettler or Neo-Form Corporations.
Rima Pilipavicius, senior investigator for the Ontario Security Commission, testified in Court proceedings under oath, "there were NO UNUSABLE TRANCE ACTIONS."
To operate my business professional, legal and in accordance with Government Regulations, I employed and engaged the necessary accredited PROFESSIONALS.
Including: In-house full-time lawyer, patent Agent, level five Accountant and two Staff, one chemical Engineer and two Assistants, one structional Engineer and two mechanical Engineers.
External Professionals including: KPMG, Ernst& Young, Chartered Accountant Suleiman Rashid and Security Regulation Lawyer Sara Lane from Ogilvy Law Firm.
And us, Dave Bellis and I, a kid in running shoes and a crazy inventor ( that what the called us) working for over six years more then 80 hrs a week and paying our-self's, wen we had it, $ 500 a week each.
We are proud of our superior achievements and no-body can take or steal our PRIDE away, right Dave.
