29) Ontario Government Is In CONTEMPT Of The Legislated RULE of LAW

Embezzled Ont. Real Estate was used by Ontario lawyers for money laundering. 


25 Willow Cres. was stolen from the Ontario Government by Ont. registered Lawyers Fiksel, Ziegler and disbarred lawyer Sheldon Barris on Dec. 8/2011.

25 Willow Cres. was vested in-to and OWNED by the Ontario Government on April 13/2006. 
   












25 Willow Cres. property was stolen from the Ontario Government by disbarred lawyer, Sheldon Barris. The, from the Government STOLEN property was then transferred trough a bogus Power of Sale sham from Sheldon Barris to Barris company Jorlee Holding INC. for $ 535.000.

With-out a title search, Ontario lawyer Ephraim Fiksel, (a friend of Barris) registered the illegal transaction.

Brad Calverley Intentionally Impersonated and SIGNED as SHERIFF the Superior Eviction Order. He ILLEGALLY AUTHORIZED and forcefully evicted us SENIORS from our LEGALLY OCCUPIED HOUSE.

 Brad Calverley was ( he resigned recently) an EMPLOYEE of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General for 28 years. He NEVER was a  SHERIFF. ( document # 1 Court evidence) 

After illegally executing the bogus Eviction Order ( on our, by law, house 25 Willow Cres.) Brad Calverley issued and signed as a UNIFORMED Ontario Enforcement Officer a NOTICE OF VACANT POSSESSION.
       

                                                                           To CONCEAL his ILLEGALLY adopted (Sheriff) AUTHORITY  Calverley  signed the NOTICE OF VACANT POSSESSION document, as the Enforcement Officer, with a TOTAL DIFFERENT SIGNATURE and did not file them. (Court evidence)

 Our, by law, house was stolen by disbarred lawyer Sheldon Barris, and other Ontario licensed crooked Lawyers through TITLE FRAUD December 8/2010.

 Possession of our, by law, stolen house 25 Willow Cres., was illegally obtained with the assistens from Ontario Government Personal on December 19, 2011.

 For over seven years we informed constantly all Ontario and Federal Authorities and Departments, including the RCMP.  Our civil Court challenges were manipulated and interfered  by high ranking Ontario Civil Servants.

 Our house, 25 Willow Cres. was illegally, through TITLE FRAUD, registered to Jorlee Holding INC. by crooked Ontario Lawyer Ephraim Fiksel. 

 Possession of the House was illegally and forcefully taken by an Ontario Government Enforcement Officer, Brad Calverley, using as "authority" a by him FORGED SUPERIOR COURT ORDER. (document # 1)

 AS OF TODAY, April 1/2020, OUR, by law, HOUSE IS STILL ILLEGALLY OCCUPIED and used for MONEY LAUNDERING.
