102) Premier Doug Ford Does The EXISTING Law Mean Anything To You And Your Government?

 Doug Ford you are "selling" your-self as a overall caring and archiving politician for Ontario. The question is, is your quest and timing for political profit or due you want to make Ontario a better place to live, work and enjoy a law-abiding Society including, Politicians and Ontario Civil Servants.

Can anybody tell us, living in Canada , a Country, which praised itself to have a Constitution and is govern by THE RULE OF LAW ?  WHY we still don't have possession of  our House - 25 Willow Cres. Brechin, Ont ?

 Premier Doug Ford relating to the Adam Skelly story and your comments "obeying the Rules and Law's" on Nov. 25 2020. My wife and I couldn't resist to asks you and your Government about you obeying the legislated Rules and Law's ?   
 Display of unprecedented arrogance of power by Ontario Government Civil Servants, including Law Enforcement Personal, is a factor in the neglection of the Rule of Law regarding the wrongly forfeited property 25 Willow Cres.  

Investigated, documented and filed by Revenue Canada: There were no tax violations committed by Chelmarc Holding Corp. file closed.

On April 9/2015 Revenue Canada employee, Mr. Mitchum      (Tel: 1-844-701-5582) informed my wife, Ingeborg Guettler, that he closed the file on the by the Ontario Government confiscated property, 25 Willow Cres. This property was our only residence. It was also the properly registered office of Chelmarc Holding Corp.,  100% owned Corporation.     




Secondly: Over the last 12 years, Ontario Government had accumulated thousands of documented facts, regarding Chelmarc Holding Corp.- Ingeborg Guettler's property 25 Willow Cres.. Those official records were filed in Ontario Government File Nr.966804. (more detailed information are published in blog 3 " Open Letter To The Hon. Ontario Minister Lisa Thompson. 

Quoted from the Ontario Government letter:" The property was sold through a Power of Sale in 2010 in accordance to the Mortgages Act. s. 24 that provides the mortgagee (lender) holding a lien secured against a property to sell the mortgaged property. The Mortgage Act enabled power of sale for the lender to recover funds without being answerable for any loss. This statutory power applies to all real property including forfeited corporate property."  

 The statements in last paragraph in the Ontario Government's email (above) are fabricated lies and willful blindness in a Ontario Government criminal  conspiracy.

There never was a registered power of sale from Chelmarc Holding Corp. to Sheldon Barris.

The only registered power of sale land transfer of 25 Willow Cres. was a fraudulent power of sale land transfer from Sheldon Barris, who did not own the property, to his Sheldon Barris company Jorlee Holding Corp. for $ 535,000.

The illegal land transfer was registered by Ontario lawyer Ephraim Fiksel at Land Register Office # 51 Barrie Ont. on Dec. 8/2010.  

The property was stolen by Ontario lawyers Barris, Fiksel and Zigler from the Ontario Government. Above registered document is the first registered power of sale of 25 Willow Cres. on Oct. 8/2010. 

The official documented and registered facts are:

1) The forfeited (Apr.13/2006) in to the Ontario Government 25 Willow Cres. property, had a clear title and no mortgage. (Land Register Office # 51 Barrie)

2) Sheldon Barris did not own the property on or before Dec.8  2010. (Land Register Office #51 Barrie)

3) While the property ( 25 Willow Cres.) was in the possession and vested in to the Ontario Government, disbarred lawyer Sheldon Barris, who did not own the property, sold it through fraudulent power of sale proceedings to his own Company Jorlee Holdings LTD. for $ 535.000.

The above Notice of Sale Under Mortgage was misleading fraud, committed in a criminal conspiracy by Ontario license lawyers Ephraim Fiksel, Robert Zigler and disbarred lawyer Sheldon Barris.

Chelmarc Holding Corp. was dissolved by the Ontario Government on Apr. 13/2006, fore claimed tax violations. 

















4) No mandatory ( legal rules Mortgage Act.) notice, of the power of sale, was given to the Office of the Ontario Attorney General ( Public Guardian and Trustee division) and no Court Order for leave was issued.


As of today Oct.24/2020 the Ontario Doug Ford Government has not rectified the Ontario Government's, over the years accumulated criminal activities, including criminal elder abuse.

Even through, my wife Ingeborg Guettler, hat personal contact and delivered personally on Monday June 4/2019 to the office of the new Ontario Police Commissioner, Thomas Carrique, all pertinent information regarding 25 Willow Cres.

As of today, May 6/2024,  25 Willow Cres. our by the Ontario Government illegally obtained and retained residence is still illegally occupied and used for money laundering.
