Jeffrey Burns, alias Jefferey Bernstein, was a former Toronto Lawyer. His brother, Michael Bernstein, was a former deputy director for criminal matters for Ontario's Government.

Enzo Calisi was a former Regional Manager for the Mexico & Latin America International Business Unit of the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

Michael Bernstein, is the brother of Jefferey Burns allies Jefferey Bernstein. He is deputy director for criminal matters in the Crown law office for the Ontario Attorney-General.

Canadian/Ontario lawyer Jeffrey Burns was in the business of incorporating Ontario paper companies. He had them "officially" registered and used his office in Ontario as head office for national and international paper corporations.

On May 7/1997, my Neo-Form Company 44,000 sq ft research and development facility was "raided". Ontario Government officials were using as authority for the raid a, ruled by Justice Keenan, invalid/forged Court Order. (forged document below)

As of Dec.17/1998 Revenue Canada: SPL Polygal, Ontario Corporation Number 1245974 does not have a GST Number, Export Number or Employee deduction Number. 

The never have filed Income Tax or Goods and Services Tax. Their account shows no activity other than a name change, Casaforma Construction INC., registered on Nov. 6/1998.  

 

After eight years of research and development and over $ 2million spend, my team, I and Neo-Form Corporation had invented and build a fully functional 150 ft. soft core (Styrofoam) concrete panel extrusion machine.

Verified by the Canadian Government Agency (NRC) over two mil. dollars were spend by my Neo-Form and Mesron Companies for qualified Research and Development.

* July 11/1997 (two months later) Ontario lawyer, Jefferey Burns,     incorporated SPL Polygal Inc. Ont. Corporation Nr. 1245974. Canada Revenue stated in a letter dated Dec.17/1998: SPL Polygal does not have a GST number, an Export number or Employee deduction number.

In June 1999 I received a letter from Toronto Lawyers Sheppard, Friedlan, MacInnis. Re: Casaforma Construction INC. (formerly known as SPL. Polygal INC.)

 

June 18/1999 I visited the office of Polygal/Casaforma in Havana and asked for Vice President Gordon Christie. I was told there that Mr. Christie was in Spain and would be returning Monday June 21/1999.
