116) Disregarded Crimes Against Seniors By Canadian/Ontario Government Officials

 On Dec. 19/2011 (five days before Christmas eve) Brad Calverly, a Ontario Government Employee, illegally facilitated Eve and Sheldon Barris with the means of hate and criminal Elder-abuse.

He, Brad Calverly, forged a Superior Court Order (document below) and used this, by Justice Beatty ruled, invalid Court Order to force-fully remove us out of our legally occupied house and only residents 10 years ago.



Brad Calverly illegally composed, endorsed, uttered and used the above Superior Court Order to force-fully evict us, at that time 70 +, Canadian Seniors, five days before Christmas eve.  He, Brad Calverly, is a Ontario Government Employee. He is not, a by Simcoe County, appointed Sheriff.

Documents above: Is prove of the premeditated, indictable crimes committed by Ontario Government employee Brad Calverley. This unauthorized filed Superior Court Order was given as evidence in to Court by Crown Attorney Minns in July 30/2012. 

With all this solid evidence, even a ruling by a Superior Court Judge " this Order isn't valid" why didn't Simcoe County Crown Attorney Minns issued criminal charges against Brad Calverly. 

Could there be a organized cover up by the Ontario Government?

Since that date, July 30/2012, Ontario's top legal authorities had certified documented knowledge and Court verification that very serious crimes were committed against Canadian seniors in Ontario. 

For over 9 years those despicable crimes were knowingly ignored by the Governments and Authorities. There is no interest shown by the authorities to mitigate the ongoing cruelty against us 80+ seniors.

As of today, December 18/2021  25 Willow Cres. illegally occupied and illegally retained by the Ontario Government. 

This unsinged Order was the only, filed and registered document relating to the illegal eviction of us Seniors out of our legally occupied house.


This unauthorized and unused Court Order was the only filed eviction document. This document (above) was given into Court evidence by Simcoe County Crown Attorney Minns.

So according registered registration, the eviction of Ingeborg and Arnold Guettler from there house at 25 Willow Cres. on Dec, 19/2011 never happen.
