The Ontario Government personal using as authority for the ilegall removal of all research and development contence a, by Justices Keenan, ruled invalid/forged Ontario Superior Court Order.

The uniformed Ontario Government enforcement Personal executed a faked/counterfeited Superior Court Order as authority for the forceful removal of all contence of the research facility. This criminal fact was also verified by Cheryl McCalmonth, record manager of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.

Legally very clear and proven damage inflicted/cost to my companies Neo-Form Corporation, Neo-Form North America Corp., Mesron Manufacturing Corp. and Arnold Guettler by the Ontario Government.

 Canada/Ontario are proclaimed democratic Country and Province governed by the Rule of Law. So I believed and conducted myself accordantly.

Trying to be proper/responsible and not being versed in addressing legal matters (at that time) I hired an Ontario licensed lawyer, Paul Feldman Bloor str. Toronto. 

After navigating through the legal channels my Companies and I ended up with a $ 30,000.000 Judgement against the Ontario Government.

This was over 20 years ago.

The $ 30 mill. judgement for Arnold Guettler and his Companies is still registered and carried forward till today in the Ontario Government's accounting book's.

Trying to collect the judgement became an impassable task. Ontario Government surround itself with impregnably Shields. It started with 911 security measures.

Continue with systematic espionage and destruction of large scale created jobs in Ontario, Canada and many Neo-Form technology license Countries' (53) around the world, Canadian and Ontario criminals used Government Authorities and knowingly forged Court documents/Orders in there criminal activities.

 Ilegally, by Police, sized research documentation were reviled to me by General Irvin in a meeting in Cuba. Their I could prove, that the building technology documentation, including visual material were from my inventions.

He, General Irvin, told me that he was informed by the investigating Cuban Attorney General Daniel Gonzales Reyes quote: soft-core building materials technology what is manufactured and installed in Cuba is stolen by Polygal and Casa-Forma.   

Polygal and Casa Forma are Ontario Paper-Companies. According to Government records: The had no employees, no tax records, no business activities in Canada.
