137) Human Rights Violations And Elder-Abuse By Ontario Government Continues

 Us of today, 20 September 2023,  our House 25 Willow Cres., which was unlawful confiscated by the Ontario Government, is still occupied by People, who through crime and violence's optained ( FORGED COURT ORDERS ) possession of 25 Willow Cres.

The authority of Government Personal was unlawful used to evict us Canadian seniors out of our legally occupied residence.

The encounter with the Ontario Police was so severe that I had to be transferred by Ambulance to the Hospital.  

Premier Doug Ford and his ..helpers.. HAVE FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE UNBELIEVABLE ELDER  ABUSE and HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION being committed in our Province, and is still ongoing.

Above Superior Court evidence: Forged and brutaly enforced (at that time Senior Canadian couple in there 70+) by the husky uniformed Ontario Government Employee, eviction. 

Superior Judge ruling on the legality of the fore the eviction used Order. "The Order isn't valid. It never had any value to it at all.

Ontario Police Officer, Kimberly Wild, inflicted unprovoked severe pain and suffering on me, at that time 70 + old Canadian defenseless senior. 

Yes defenseless. Any obstruction of the Police Officers fury could be construed/interpreted by her as an assault or attack on her and give her a reason to use her gun and shoot me.

Case in point and same incident: My wife Ingeborg, a at that time 70+ Canadian Senior, was placed in very painful armlock by the Police Officer and transported out of her legally occupied  residence.(Court evidence)

During the illegal and forceful eviction my wife managed to pull her arm out of the painful armlock.

Ontario Police Officer Kimberly Wild judged this normal human defensive action of an elderly women criminal and charged her criminal with "Assaulting a Police Officer" 

The Criminal Court in Orillia ruled that my wife acted in self defense, and was not guilty of any criminal charges, Case Dismissed.
