139) Native Self Build And Trained At Home State Of The Art Houses

A practical, non political, Self-Build Native affordable housing solution project with-out Government direction "assistants" or participation is a key to the current housing shortage.

Projected Goals

We (Syncred) will start to build a 20x30 workshop with 11/2 (1200 qf) upstairs living facilities            May 1/2024.

A full 1200 qf Art workshop will be located downstairs.

1200 qf space upstairs will be allocated for designed studio and living space.

Erection of the 20ft X 30ft art studio and living space will be for demonstration purposes (see Atrium and Dream Home) and later given, at no cost, to the native land owner.

When completed and inspected, the land owner can lease the building to be occupied and use for live in and light business activities.

The Native Land-Owner will have a monetary benefit from the housing arrangement by receiving a suggested $ 2.000 a months. $ 1.000 will be received fore leasing the upper floor ( Studio and living aria) and $ 1.000 will be received fore lower level workshop leasing.

To start the process: The designated land will be cleared and covered (6 to 12 inches) with limestone screenings) this includes a full driveway and adequate parking facilities.

Two 20 ft. Steel Shipping containers will be mounted as structural housing elements on preset Healy- Piles at desired heights. ( Above local flood levels)

Deep Foundation Piles will be used to have the house structure mounted and secured well above local flood levels.

Above: Syncred premanufactured all purpose insulated polymer enhanced cementatious insulated panels to be used to clad including: Inside walls, ceilings, floors, counters and outside walls and roofs.

Canada/Ontario Building Code approved insulated 100% fireproof cementatious Syncred building material will be used trough-out the housing structure, including: Outside insulated cladding, Roof insulated and patterned covering, forgiving, sound absorbing ( foam cushioned) flooring.

Insulated sound- mold resisting, fully reusable-recyclable inside wall building material will be economical manufactured in a secure offshore settlement location. Loaded in a shipping container and shipped economical to any location.

Above: Modified structural steel Units are secured on Helical Piles fore structural house construction.

Steel I beams are connecting the base units and be used as inlays for premanufactured insulated Syncred panels.

Above: Structural I beams also connect the upper section as inlays fore the upper floors.

Above:  A 4foot. knee wall with rebar/concrete filled cavities will lock in the upper floor outside walls.

The demonstration project is scheduled to be located at Rama Indian Reserve NO. 32 Rama County of Ontario.

Above: 1300 qf Atrium Retirement Home was erected and demonstrated at the Toronto Home-show in 1995 by Neo-Form, Syncred and inventor/designer Arnold Guettler. The erected house was later totally demolished and dumped.

In 1996 a 5000 qft. demonstration house was was build at the Toronto Home-Show using the newly invented and developed building materials.

After the demonstration display the 5000 qft dream home was fully dismantled and discarded.

To demonstrate further more economical housing undertakings we decided to build on a permeant location and chow ( exhibit) on the World-Wide internet.

The private initiated (with-out Government "assistants") concept will addresses the needs and not political profit.

Practical Experian's and practical know-how will direct all efforts for a successful affordable housing solution.

Considering Labor shortish housing cost and transportation into remote Native Territory Syncred has developed a practical format to address there housing needs.

The most fishable way to transport goods today is in a sturdy steel shipping container. That the shipping container can be used as a structural element fore a house makes it even more economical/less expansive.

Before the white man came the Native Inhabitance managed to build there own habitats very efficient themselves. The were guided by nature and accumulated skills. With this Syncred guided approach Native Nations can take there housing destiny into there own hands.

This Syncred Self-Build housing concept will allow and give the Canadian 350 First Nations a tangible opportunity to direct there own affordable housing in a timely fashion.

The Containers will carry all necessary tools, machinery and agreed building materials to start the Native state of the art self-build Habitat.

Instructions and building advise will be access and transmitted through internet or by Video Cassette.

Solar/Wind energy will be collected and stored in a  " Eco Flow" portable power-station. This  battery pack can be easy carried around to were ever electrical power it is needed.

Water will be collected in a underground cistern. The water supply can also be refurbished, if needed, by tanker truck.

Toilet and other organic waste will be collected under the toilet seat in biodegradable plastic (processed with corn starch) bags and composted.

Toilet waste will be collected under the toilet seat in a pail lined with a biodegradable bag. The contence and the bag will be disposed of and composted.

The composting facility will functional and user friendly constructed.  Syncred cementatious building material will be used to enclose a spacious 4 ft. high covered box.

Latest composting technology will be applied to archive the highest created fertilizations soil value. Different layers of enhancing waste material can be added including: leaf's, woodchips, sand........

The Syncred housing material and concepts allows for later self-build alterations and reconstructions.
