106) With Pictures/Documents And Date's: The Evolution Of My Inventions/ Developments And Marketing Achievements

The Ontario Security Commission participated in a National- International espionage and in a conspiracy.

 According to the Ontario Security Act. there were no security violations committed by my Neo-Form Corporations or me, Arnold Guettler. 

With there uncontrolled power the OSC was trying to intimated and blackmail me, Arnold Guettler, into a settlement- bribe.  

 

 Through their illegal investigations, including bank accounts (without any Court Orders), the OSC gained knowledge that my Companies and I had signed world wide contracts for over $10, 000 000 with deposits and down payments.   

The Ontario Security Commission  participated in a National/International Espionage Conspiracy.

May 1996: Otto Jelinek, a former Canadian Federal Minister,  acquired the Neo-Form Corp.technology Master  license rights for Europe. (31 Countries) He and his partners paid $ 450.000,00 

This $ 450,000 was part of the, by the OSC claimed illegally raised $ 2.000,000  by Ontario Neo-Form Corp. for sold technology rights.

 In addition Jelinek International (Neo-Form EUs.r.o.) paid to Neo-Form $ 200.000 for two sold technology license in Europe. Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. 

This $ 200,000 was also part of the, by the OSC claimed illegally raised $ 2.000,000 by Ontario Neo-Form-Corp. for sold technology rights.

This $ 200.000 was also part of the $ 2,000.000, by the Ontario Security Commission, claimed illegally raised money.  

On a relating note: This $ 450.000,00 sum is part of the  $2.000.000 the Ontario Security Commission claimed illegally raised by me and my Neo-Form Corporations.  

 

I, Arnold Guettler was a majority Share-Holder in Neo-Form Corp., Neo-Form-North America Corp. and Mesron Corp.. All three were private Ontario Corporations.*

Ontario Government Security Act, 1990. I was advised by my inhouse legal staff and payed ( $170.000) to external professional "experts," in order to stay a private corporation in Ontario. In Ontario a private corporation can have 50 shareholders. Plus unlimited employee's and former employee's shareholders. 

So, with-out using a calculator: Private Neo-Form Corp. is allowed (Ontario security Act) to have 50 private share holders, plus unlimited employee and former employees share holders.

Private Neo-Form North Corp. 50 + share holders and Mesron 50 + share holders. 

That makes it for my three involved Ontario Companies, 150 allowed  private share holders. 

The Security Act stipulates that employees and former employees are exempt from restriction and don't count.

My three involved companies had 156 share holders. Over 60 employees and former  employees were exempt. 96 were Private placement investors, including National and International business Partners.

The Ontario Security Commission had no legislated or legal right to investigate and publicized there illegal investigation on the world-wide internet.

With all the collected evidence, published in my over 100 blogs, it is more then obvious, that OSC participated in a conspiracy of industrial espionage, relating to my invented building materials and large scale invented production machinery. 

I, legally, assign all of my inventions and technology rights to my private Neo-Form Corp.

Private Ontario Neo-Form North America Corp. had assigned Master License Neo-Form technology rights for the Continent North America. ( Canada, America and Mexico)*

Private Ontario Mesron Manufacturing Corp. was incorporated and license to manufacture all of my invented and developed production machinery.*

The Ontario Security Commission maters were Civil Court Proceedings and I was never arrested in those matters. 

The, in late summer 1996 conspiracy meeting took place at 87 Irondale North York, Toronto in the board room of Claudio Cinapri's office building. 

Claudio Cinapri and his company Forefront were hired by my company Neo-Form to build the 5,000 qft. Dream demonstration Home at the Toronto Exhibition in 1996.

Fore the erection of the Dream-Home, Cinapri and Forefront was paid $ 450,000.00 fore labor and transportation cost.( Court evidence)

 All building materials including, Neo-Form panels, moldings, exterior stucco and application labor was for advertising and donated , ceramic/hardwood floor/wall tils and application/ installing labor was fore advertising and donated, kitchen/ bathrooms cabinets and counters and installing labor was for advertising and donated extra.- extra.

In addition, Cinapri/Forefront received for the Dream-Home project $ 100.000,00 from the Expedition management. (Court evidence)

  History and dates of my inventions and developments:

 In 1988 I, Arnold Guettler, started to developed the conceptional idea of soft-core material and fabrication technology. Typically Styrofoam or Styrofoam-like materials encased in cementitious materials.

This technology would have significant applications in residential housing and industrial buildings worldwide. The, with Styrofoam, insulated, cementitious panels, in different sizes and shapes are mechanically produced in climate controlled facilities ensuring quality control. The finished panels are manually field applied as of the building envelopes and exterior accent.

In 1990, I Arnold Guettler, leased a 7,000 square foot research and development facility in Woodbridge Ontario. Later that year I incorporated Neo-Form Corp. 

In 1992, ( video below) Under my direction, five employees and I designed and created rudimentary machinery that was specifically designed to extrude (first in the world) finished composite products in the form of moldings and panels for construction related applications.

At that time I held worldwide (PCT) intellectual property and paten-rights on several components relating to the manufacturing processes as well as to the actual finished product.

In 1995: (pictures and document above) Ontario Building Standards Department approved the Neo-Form Atrium building materials and 1300 qf. erected structure.

In 1993, I expanded to a 20,000 square foot facility in Vaughan, Ontario to continue the research and development of this technology into a viable manufacturing process.*

In 1994, ( video below) a automated 150 foot custom-build machine was designed and fabricated, at that location, for this purpose. I was able to establish that my theories were commercially viable and that the end products, production machinery and building materials, were National and International marketable. 

In 1995, (video below) Demonstrating the Neo-Form developed  joined compound packing machine, at the new Neo-Form 44.000 qf. (4.888 qm) research facility, Fenmar North-York, Toronto.   

In 1996, (video below) I am explaining to foreign visitors the Styrofoam extruding machine and utilities, located in a separate gas secure room, at the Fenmar research facility.

 

Sep. 17/1997:(video below) Starting to ship lab, office equipment and machinery to, Neo-Form licensee in Cuba.

( picture below) I was using pre-manufactured- extruded 4feet by 16"x 2" foam covered with 0,5"perlite plaster panels, to build a 20 foot counter. The panels were then textured with special tools and coated with colored acrylic enhanced materials.   

In 1997:( video above) A third generation 150 ft. (50 m) extrusion  machine was fully developed and assemble. This extrusion machine could manufacture and extruded dozens types of difference building materials at a maximum speed of 30 feet (10 meters) a minute.
