103) Canada Papers Investigated By Police And Other Authorities

Updated Nov. 22/2020: Espionage and money laundering  investigated and covered up by Police and other civil servants.






    On the fourth of June 2019 at 3pm, Ingeborg Guettler visited the office of Police Commissioner Thomas Carrique. My wife provided the Commissioner with all the pertinent information regarding the property known as 25 Willow Cres. 

    The same week on Thursday June the 7th, Ontario Premier Doug Ford shut down the government. 

    Ontario Attorney General Caroline Maroney  was informed by Ingeborg Guettler with documented evidence regarding the property 25 Willow Cres. Her Ministry was over the last 10 years constantly informed, with documented evidence, of the criminal activities regarding the property. She was demoted to Transport Minister two weeks later.  *

    Police Commissioner Thomas Carrique assigned Detective Sergeant- Crime Unit Alec Stuart to the 25 Willow Cres. case. Alec had several follow-up meetings with I, Arnold Guettler. Alec informed me some of the ongoing status of the investigation. 
As of today Nov. 13/2020 ( 17 months later) there is no resulting answer and the house is still illegally occupied!

    The RCMP (Royal Canadian Mountain Police Ottawa) Inspector Jean Dube and the Canadian Ambassador to Cuba Keith Christie, were informed of the industrial espionage involving Canadian Federal and Provincial Government personnel. 

The Ontario Police/Government was involved in a massive coverup whereby a forged Superior Court Order was used for espionage.    




This Police investigation was conducted where a forged-invalid Superior Court Order was used for Industrial Espionage. The in Canada/Ontario invented and developed building technology  was illegally obtained from Neo-Form's 44.000 qft. research and development facility and transported to foreign Countries with the help of Canadian/Ontario Government Personal.


    



       






The documents above verifies that the forged Superior Court Order and illegal conducted raid on my Neo-Form Companies 44,000 qft. researches facility was investigated by the Toronto Police in 1998.

High level Canadian and Ontario Politicians were involved in international espionage regarding the, in Canada-Ontario invented and developed building technology. My team,     ( 40 Employees)  and I, invented and developed Neo-Form building material, large scale production machinery,  initiated and developed numerous international markets for the developed technology. *




  





Those Neo-Form invented products were illegally manufactured in the Empresa de Produccion Industriel y Montaje factory. 



This illegally produced Neo-Form product was used as non structural insulated
 cementatious building material in the 12 story building at 23 Y E in Vedado in Havana/Cuba.(Ministry of Transport project)
